Liam acts for businesses and individuals, offering expertise and advice on a whole range of corporate transactions.
Liam trained with Schofield Sweeney and qualified as a solicitor in September 2024.
He advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals (of both assets and shares), intra-company restructures, share buybacks, management buyouts and a range of corporate governance matters.
In a voluntary capacity, Liam is a mentor for the University of Huddersfield offering support and guidance to law students for their future careers.
Liam is also a member of the Leeds Junior Lawyers Division.
