We have recently completed the refurbishment and extension of office space in our Leeds office, located at 76 Wellington Street. Headoffice3's design and build team lead the project and we are delighted with the results.
As a firm we have invested in facilities and workspace to suit the changing needs of our fast-growing business. With an increasing client base, we have had to grow our staff numbers and as a result have expanded our Leeds office accommodation by taking on a second floor. Headoffice3 were appointed to deliver an office design for the new floor and refurbish the existing space.

An element of the brief captured the growing interest in incorporating flexible office zones which serve multiple purposes: breakout areas which can double up as informal meeting spaces or collaborative work space and a mix of quiet working space which can also serve as confidential meeting areas whilst still ensuring adequate storage space and dedicated activity areas for tasks such as printing.
