Craig Burman heads the Environmental team advising on contentious and non-contentious environmental, health and safety and regulatory matters. He assists a broad range of public and private sector clients on matters including environmental and health and safety incidents, investigations and prosecutions, civil sanctions, flood and drainage law, contaminated land, environmental permit and regulatory compliance, packaging waste, fracking, noise, odour, nuisance and all types of pollution incidents.
Craig was a prosecutor in the Environment Agency Legal Services team. As the Regional Solicitor for the Yorkshire and North East Region, Craig dealt with complex environmental matters including judicial reviews, appeals and public law challenges.

John Robinson is an employment partner with over 18 years experience of advising clients in all aspects of employment law, including employment tribunals, post-termination restrictions, senior exits, restructures and redundancies and business immigration. As an experienced Tribunal advocate, John has successfully acted for businesses defending claims of unfair dismissal, all types of discrimination and breach of contract. John regularly provides training for clients and presents pragmatic and informative seminars on a range of employment and HR related issues.
