Following on from our previous sessions on Effective Recruitment, Attracting & Retaining Talent and Improving Employee Engagement, Schofield Sweeney and Hays are delighted to invite you to the latest seminar in the series, dealing with the final part of the ‘employment journey’ – termination.

In this session, Gemma Sherbourne from Schofield Sweeney will look at the effective use of probationary periods, the five potentially fair reasons for dismissal and the process to follow for a fair dismissal in each case.  She will also consider alternative options to dismissal, resignations and retractions and what happens when it all goes wrong and you are faced with an employment tribunal claim. We will look at:
