Schofield Sweeney's employment team are holding a breakfast seminar that will help those of you running a business get the most out of your staff,  addressing key issues such as motivation and performance management.

John Robinson (Employment Partner at Schofield Sweeney), along with Fiona Prattley from FMP Development Consultancy and Stuart Johnson, a Business Growth & Development Coach, will be your speakers.

• Stuart will show you how you can re-energise and re-engage your teams to increase productivity, improve bottom line profits and overcome the massive challenges that employee disengagement is causing businesses today.  
• Maximising performance and getting the best out of people is a Managers or Leaders key responsibility. In this short session Fiona will explore how to ensure that staff are motivated to perform and give some management and leadership tips and techniques.
• Understanding the legal principles which underpin Effective performance management is crucial to ensuring that any subsequent dismissal for poor performance is fair. John will underline the key requirements and provide a framework for employers to deal with poor performers, including how best to exit them from the business with minimal risk.
