We have advised digital solutions provider, iatro, on their acquisition by healthcare operations organisation, Agilio Software. 

Launched in 2019, iatro is widely known as the go-to solution for NHS organisations. With this acquisition, iatro will gain access to Agilio’s network of over 4,000 GP practices, solidifying Agilio’s position as a leading healthcare operations software provider.
