Charity and Social Responsibility

How we support others

Our employees are involved with a variety of charitable and voluntary activities inside and outside of work.

In 2017 we raised or donated over £30,000 to a selection of charities including our chosen charities of the year: Simon on the Streets and Centerpoint.

In 2018 we focused our efforts on local Yorkshire based hospice charities St Gemmas, Kirkwood and Marie Curie

In 2019 we are supporting local causes:

  • Ripon Rotary Bike Race - raising money for Dementia Forward/Scleroderma Research
  • Round the Res Challenge - raising money for Headway, a brain injury charity
  • Leeds Legal Walk - raising money for The Yorkshire Legal Support Trust
  • Dragon Boat Race - raising money for The Community Volunteering charity

Outside of work a large number of the team are Governors, Trustees and have other voluntary commitments, see an overview here.

We are a member of the Leeds Community Foundation 100 Club, Bradford 100 Club, West Yorkshire ProHelp.
